What's the minimum booking?

You can book per journey or by the hour, and we quote a multi-day trip as one fixed package. Waiting within the booked time is included, so the fare doesn't go up while you're at the restaurant.
Can you arrange the day around the car?

Yes. Tell us what you'd like to do, and we'll suggest the route, the timings and where to stop.
Do you do continental tours?

Yes. We cross by tunnel, or by ferry on request, and quote the whole tour as one fixed package. Before you set off, we brief the chauffeur on the route, the hotels and your bookings.
Can the car wait at the venue?

Yes. Waiting within the booked time is included. The chauffeur parks nearby and stays reachable on their mobile.
What if our plans change on the day?

Tell the chauffeur or call us. We make changes where we can, and they may cost extra at the rates in our terms; we tell you any extra charge before you agree to it. If you go past the booked time, we tell you before we charge the extra hours.
Do you arrange overnight stays for the chauffeur?

Yes. The chauffeur's accommodation is part of the multi-day quote, and we book it near your hotel so they're on hand if plans change.
