Common questions
Do you only operate in Manchester?
No. Manchester is our home base, where the office is and where most of our chauffeurs are based. We operate UK-wide. Runs to London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Leeds are regular work, and we take longer trips too, such as Edinburgh or the Cheltenham Festival.
Is there a surcharge for travelling outside Greater Manchester?
No. The fixed fare we quote already covers the distance. We price long-distance routes such as Manchester to London, Heathrow or Gatwick as fixed one-way journeys, with no motorway surcharge. ULEZ and the Congestion Charge are included on London bookings.
My pickup point isn’t listed, do you cover it?
Almost certainly. We collect from any UK address, including private homes, hotels, stations, airports, restaurants, courts and hospitals. For an unusual destination such as a helipad, country estate, private airfield or ferry port, tell us when you book and we’ll plan it in.
Can the same chauffeur stay with us across multiple cities?
Yes, where timing allows. On a multi-day booking we plan for the same chauffeur and vehicle to stay with you in every city on the itinerary. Clients ask for it on production transport, race weeks such as the Grand National at Aintree, and corporate trips that take in London, Manchester and Edinburgh in one week.
Do you operate at night and at short notice?
Yes for pre-booked journeys, which run at any hour. Pre-booking is preferred, especially for early starts and long-distance routes. For a same-day booking, call 0161 327 4199 between 08:00 and 21:00 and we'll take the job if a car and chauffeur are free.
