Cheltenham Festival is the longest week in British racing. Tuesday's Champion Day, Wednesday's Queen Mother Chase, St Patrick's Thursday, and Gold Cup Friday. 260,000 people over four days, all trying to reach a racecourse sitting in a narrow Cotswold valley. The M5 is gridlocked from Wednesday onwards, the A40 approach is worse, and local parking is chaotic unless you're in corporate hospitality.

We time the departure from Manchester for a pre-rush arrival, drop you at your specific enclosure pass (Club, Tattersalls, Best Mate, Festival Panel), and hold for a post-last-race pickup at an agreed coaching point off the main race-day egress.
