The event brief
Kick-off at 17:30 at Old Trafford means road closures from 15:00, a Metrolink crowd flooding Chester Road at 15:30, and a Sir Matt Busby Way that's walking-only from 16:00 onwards. A regular chauffeur circling the stadium afterwards doesn't work. It's how people end up walking half a mile in the rain looking for a registration plate while the driver's stuck in a diversion.
