The event brief

How match days work.

Roads around the grounds close before kick-off, the Metrolink crowd fills the approach roads, and streets such as Sir Matt Busby Way become walking-only. A car that circles the stadium after the final whistle gets stuck in the diversions.

We drop you in the approved drop-zone before the soft perimeter goes up. After the final whistle you walk to a specific, pre-agreed pickup point off the congestion grid, such as a named side street or a club-level entrance, where the driver is already waiting.

Venues and pickup points.

Old Trafford (Manchester United)

Pre-match drop on the Chester Road approach. Post-match pickup at the West Stand radius off Sir Matt Busby Way.

Etihad Stadium (Manchester City)

Drop via Ashton New Road before the 17:00 closure. Post-match from Sportcity's northern pickup lane.

Emirates Old Trafford (Lancashire Cricket)

The Point hospitality drops, Talbot Road pickup after play. Quieter exit than the football neighbour.

Co-op Live & AO Arena

Manchester Arena concerts

Victoria Station side drops. Post-show pickup from the Manchester Cathedral / Chetham's radius.

Salford & AJ Bell Stadium

Super League and Sale Sharks rugby days. Barton Bridge approach, Eccles interchange egress.

We also drive to Salford City, FC United of Manchester and Salford Red Devils games, Lancashire Cricket test days and stadium shows at Emirates Old Trafford, and festival days at Heaton Park.
