We take all major cards, bank transfers and Apple Pay. Approved corporate accounts get one VAT invoice a month.
We make changes subject to availability, and a change can alter the fare. Send us the change and we'll tell you any extra charge before you agree to it.
You can cancel a standard transfer free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. For weddings and proms the window is 7 days, and for VIP Sprinter bookings 5 days. We charge later cancellations and no-shows in full; see our terms for details.
Yes. Approved accounts have a named contact and monthly invoicing on 30-day terms. Contact us to set up an account.
