What a hotel account covers.

For Manchester's luxury hotels we offer one account covering every movement: airport transfers, city drops, UK long-distance, match days, events. We send one VAT invoice a month, itemised by guest reservation. Where timing allows, the driver you see today is the driver the regular guest will see next time they come back. We collect from hotels across Manchester city centre and from country-house hotels in Cheshire.

How the partnership works.

One WhatsApp thread and one email inbox, with no call centre in between.
Guest needs: Guest brief first
Tell us what the guest needs, such as a wheelchair, a dog or the children's ages, and we brief the chauffeur before pickup.
Vehicle: Fleet depth
Mercedes E-Class, V-Class, Range Rover Autobiography and the Sprinter, so you can match the car to the guest.
Time: Any hour, pre-booked
Pre-booked journeys run at any hour, the 02:00 late arrival included. Phones are answered 08:00 to 21:00; WhatsApp and online requests are open around the clock.

Airport arrivals & departures
Manchester Airport (T2, T3), Liverpool John Lennon, Leeds Bradford. Flight-tracked, meet-and-greet at the meeting point we confirm, and the chauffeur takes the luggage from there to the car.
London & Heathrow
Door to door from Manchester to London or Heathrow, at a fixed fare we confirm in writing.
Same-day city trips
Restaurant bookings, retail runs at Harvey Nichols or Selfridges Exchange Square, return to the property.
Match days & events
Old Trafford, Etihad, Emirates Old Trafford, Co-op Live, AO Arena. Pre-event drop-off, post-event collection at an agreed radius.
VIP & high-profile
NDAs on request, unmarked vehicles, privacy glass, side-entrance arrivals when needed.
